Darell Singleterry, an MBA graduate, is the current Director of the MBA Program at the University of New Haven and Co-Coordinator of the MBA/MSIE Industrial Engineering Dual Degree. He is affiliated with the Pompea College of Business and holds the academic rank of Researcher. Prior to his academic career, he served as a career military officer in the United States Coast Guard for nearly 20 years, during which he was a member of the Permanent Commissioned Teaching Staff at the Coast Guard Academy.
His research and consulting practice focus on management, leadership, applied research, entrepreneurship, project management, and business strategy. He has supervised numerous student consulting and entrepreneurial projects and has mentored athletes as an assistant football/wrestling coach. His administrative roles include Director of Academic Advising and Deputy & Interim Chair of the Department of Management at the Coast Guard Academy.
