Darcelle Lahr is a Professor of Business Practice and John and Martha Davidson Endowed Professor at Mills College within Northeastern University. She also holds an Affiliate Professor role in Africana Studies. Her expertise spans business strategy, program management, and social entrepreneurship, focusing on addressing systemic inequities for marginalized communities. Lahr is concurrently the CEO of Integral Consulting Group and founder of L.C. and Lillie Cox Haven of Hope, organizations supporting socially minded entrepreneurs.
