Danny Shin

Danny Shin is Professor of Animation at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) since 2020. Previously worked as Cinematic Animator at Microsoft/343 Industries (2011-2019) and Senior Character Animator at Electronic Arts (2005-2007). Holds M.F.A. in Computer Arts from Academy of Art University and B.F.A. in Industrial Design from Hanyang University.

Research focuses on animation pipelines, motion capture technology, and cinematic sequence implementation for gaming. Developed dynamic animation workflows for titles including Halo 5: Guardians, Call of Duty: Black Ops, and Marvel 2.
