Danielle Anne Pamplona is a Professor at the Law School of Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUC-PR), where she teaches Constitutional Law, International Human Rights Law, and Business and Human Rights. She is currently a Research Visitor at the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights during Hilary Term 2022, conducting self-directed research on corporate civil liability for human rights violations.

Her research focuses on the intersection of corporate activities and human rights, particularly examining state obligations, socio-environmental policies, and mechanisms for victim redress. She coordinates the Human Rights Clinic at PUC-PR and leads a research group analyzing corporate impacts on human and environmental rights. Her work has involved collaborative projects with universities and civil society, including amicus curiae submissions to the Inter-American Court on Human Rights.

Danielle is Vice-Director of the Latin American Business and Human Rights Scholars Association and a member of the Bar Association and its Commission on the Global Compact. She has served as a consultant on Business and Human Rights, contributing to policy frameworks and legal analysis in Brazil and internationally.
