Dr. Daniele Benetti is a UKRI Fellow at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Imperial College London. His research focuses on developing nanomaterials for solar energy applications and spectroelectrochemical analysis to improve low-cost, metal-oxide-based solar fuel devices.
Educational Background:
- BSc and MSc in Electronic Engineering from the University of Brescia, Italy
- PhD in 2020 from INRS, Montreal, supervised by Professor Federico Rosei
Research Expertise: Daniele's work centers on advancing solar chemical technologies through nanomaterial engineering and stability optimization of solar fuel devices. He is affiliated with the Durrant Group, Materials Chemistry, Centre for Processable Electronics, the Solar Chemical Network, and the International Engineering and Technology Institute.
