Daniel Winchester is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology at Purdue University. His scholarship examines how culture shapes human subjectivity and action, with a focus on the sociological study of religion. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and master’s/bachelor’s degrees from the University of Missouri, all in sociology.
