Daniel Taylor is the Arthur Andersen Chaired Professor of Accounting at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he serves as director of the Wharton Forensic Analytics Lab. His research focuses on corporate disclosures, insider trading, and fraud prediction, with significant impact on regulatory policy including influencing SEC rule changes related to Form 144 filings, Rule 10B5-1, and the Holding Foreign Insiders Accountable Act.
Professor Taylor received his bachelor's degree from University of Delaware, master's from Duke University, and PhD from Stanford University.
