Dr. Daniel Selcer is a Professor of Philosophy at Duquesne University's McAnulty College and Graduate School of Liberal Arts. His research focuses on early modern philosophy (Galileo, Hobbes, Spinoza, Leibniz), contemporary continental thought (Foucault, Deleuze), and the intersection of materialism, print culture, and scientific ontology.
