Daniel Jackson is a Professor of Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and serves as the associate director of the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL). His pioneering work spans software design, formal methods, and practical applications across critical domains.
His research focuses on Software Engineering and Formal Methods, particularly through the Alloy modeling language framework, with significant contributions to concept design for structured software architecture.
