معرفی
Daniel Greenblatt is a Researcher in the Thermofluids Division of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London. He joined the institution in 2018 and earned his PhD in 2023 under the supervision of Professor Peter Lindstedt, focusing on optimizing chemical kinetic mechanisms to advance net-zero technologies.
- Education: MEng, Mechanical Engineering (2014–2018), Imperial College London
His research centers on alternative bio-derived fuels and their behavior in novel combustion modes for advanced hybrid powertrains. He investigates the thermochemical state of turbulent combustion using experimental and computational tools, aiming to reduce fuel consumption and pollutant emissions through fuel-engine co-design.
Daniel is affiliated with the Sustainability through Life Cycle Approaches group and has contributed to energy life cycle assessments, including electrofuel production in the UK. His work bridges chemical kinetics, combustion science, and sustainable energy systems.
