Daniel Del Gobbo is an Assistant Professor and Chair in Law, Gender & Sexual Justice at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. His work integrates feminist, queer, and critical race theories into procedural law to advance access and social justice for marginalized groups. He teaches Civil Procedure, Dispute Resolution, and Law and Sexuality.

Recent articles analyze queer legal discourses, feminist negotiation theory, and historical LGBTQ+ injustices.
Awards include Trudeau Scholarship, SSHRC Doctoral Fellowship, and teaching excellence recognitions at Osgoode Hall. Advisory roles include the Class Actions Clinic and National Restorative Justice Research Network. Engages with media (CBC, Toronto Star) and consults with the Cambridge Negotiation Institute.
Collaborations with organizations like LEAF and ICRC address civil litigation, restorative justice, and humanitarian negotiation. Active in public interest work, emphasizing equitable legal systems and transformative justice frameworks.
