His career includes leadership roles such as Executive Vice President at an ABA agency and Supervisor of ABA Services in a Greater Boston public school district. He earned his PhD in ABA from Simmons University and has contributed to research on staff training and behavioral interventions for students with autism through peer-reviewed publications and national conference presentations.
