Dana De Nault is an Adjunct Professor in the Organizational and Leadership Psychology Department at William James College. He holds a PsyD in Leadership Psychology and an MA in Organizational Psychology from William James College, along with a BA in Sociology from Bates College. His professional certifications include Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) and Certified Professional Coach (ICF).
His research focuses on the intersection of neuroleadership, social needs theory, and multicultural leadership development, particularly in organizational change contexts. He has published works on attentive leadership paradigms, agile strategy execution, and leadership mindset transformation. His current practice combines coaching with academic teaching, emphasizing adaptive approaches for organizational transformation.
De Nault has over 25 years of industry experience with global companies such as Oracle, Sanofi, Siemens AG, and Cisco. He founded Attentive Leadership® consultancy in 2009 and serves as Managing Director, focusing on leadership development and positive organizational change. His work integrates neuroscience insights with practical leadership methodologies.
Community involvement includes pro bono support for Sequoia High School District and leadership in nonprofit technology grants through Clearport Technology Group.
