Dan Knights

Dan Knights is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and the Biotechnology Institute at the University of Minnesota. His research bridges computational science and microbiome studies, developing advanced data mining methods for high-dimensional biological data analysis. He leads the Knights Lab, which focuses on computational genomics applications in human health and sustainability modeling.
