Dalychia Saah is an Assistant Professor of Practice at the Brown School of Washington University in St. Louis. As a sexuality educator, writer, and speaker, she facilitates spaces for individuals to reclaim body agency and dismantle oppressive norms. She co-founded Afrosexology, a platform centering Black pleasure and liberation through workshops and content. Her affiliations emphasize social justice education, with courses taught in social theory and sexuality.
Research Focus: Saah’s scholarship explores interpersonal/institutional liberation, internalized oppression, Black liberation frameworks, and sexuality education. Her work prioritizes intersectional approaches to sexual health and systemic equity, bridging academic rigor with community empowerment.
