Dalila Forni is an Associate Professor of Children's Literature at Link Campus University in Rome. She holds a PhD in Education Sciences and Psychology from the University of Florence, focusing on gender representations in contemporary illustrated books. Her research explores visual children's narratives (picture books, comics, animated films) and genre studies in popular culture for young audiences.
Her publications include Children’s Literature across Media: Film and Theatre Adaptations of Roald Dahl’s ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ (2020, Premio Siped) and Raccontare il genere.
