Dr. Dalia Alazzeh is a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at the University of the West of Scotland (UWS), School of Business and Creative Industries. She holds a PhD from the University of Essex (2015 scholarship) and an MSc from the University of Sussex (2010 HESPAL award). Her research focuses on public sector accounting in settler-colonial contexts, environmental accounting, and management practices in emerging economies. She actively supervises PhD students in areas like sustainability in extraction industries and crisis management in education sectors.
Dr. Alazzeh's work contributes to UN SDGs related to sustainable economic systems and climate action.
