Dr. Dale Brownson is a Senior Lecturer in Analytical Chemistry at Manchester Metropolitan University, specializing in electrochemistry, 2D materials, and sensor technology. He holds a PhD and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (MRSC). His research focuses on graphene and other 2D materials, emphasizing their electrochemical applications in energy storage, sensors, and materials characterization. He has authored/co-authored over 60 papers, achieving a H-index of 31 and 4,800+ citations.
He serves on the editorial board of Chemosensors and reviews for journals like Electrochimica Acta and ACS Applied Materials.
