Dagmar Haumann

Dagmar Haumann is a Professor of English Linguistics at the Department of Foreign Languages at the University of Bergen. Her research focuses on historical linguistics, syntax, morphology, and language acquisition, with a particular emphasis on diachronic processes such as reanalysis, grammaticalization, and syntactic change in English. She has extensively studied adverbial structures, tough-constructions, and corpus-based methodologies.
