Daan Beelen

Dr. Daan Beelen is an Assistant Professor in Physical Geography at Utrecht University's Faculty of Geosciences. His research focuses on sedimentary systems, coastal dynamics, and global change impacts. He uses integrated methodologies including stratigraphic analysis, GIS, and remote sensing to study ancient and modern sedimentary processes.
