Otten is a PhD Candidate at the University of Twente, affiliated with the Faculty of Behavioural, Management and Social Sciences (BMS) and working within the Professional Learning & Technology (PLT) section. His research focuses on automated analysis of collaboration dynamics in professional learning communities.
