Cynthia Nance, Dean and Nathan G. Gordon Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville School of Law, holds a B.S. from Chicago State University, a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, and an M.A. from the University of Iowa College of Business. She joined the Arkansas Law faculty in 1994 and served as Dean from 2006 to 2011.
Research Focus: Her work centers on labor and employment law, workplace legislation, poverty law, and leadership models for legal professionals. She has presented nationally and internationally on legal and educational topics.
