Cui Zhou is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Chinese at Oberlin College's Department of East Asian Studies within the College of Arts and Sciences. She specializes in modern Chinese literature, film, and popular culture with a focus on ethnic minority representation in cinema. Her current project involves converting her dissertation, Cinematic Mappings of Chinese Ethnic Minorities, into a book.
