Cristina Gacek

Dr Cristina Gacek is a Senior Lecturer in Dependability and Trustworthiness of Socio-technical Systems at City St George's, University of London, since February 2010. Previously, she worked as a Lecturer at Newcastle University (2002-2010) and held research roles at Newcastle University (2001-2002), University of Southern California (1993-1998), and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1992).

Publications: Her research trends emphasize software architectures for dependable systems, mismatch detection in component-based systems, self-adaptive systems, and interdisciplinary approaches to open source software development. She has contributed to books, journal articles, and conference proceedings on these topics.
