Craig N. Coon

Professor Craig N. Coon holds the Arkansas Poultry Federation Endowed Chair at the University of Arkansas' Center of Excellence for Poultry Science. With 27 years of experience in poultry science, his research focuses on poultry nutrition and physiology with emphasis on broiler breeder management.

His research examines:

• Mineral bioavailability
• Developmental physiology
