Craig Lundy is a Reader in Social and Political Thought at London Metropolitan University, with prior roles as Senior Lecturer in Social Theory at Nottingham Trent University and research/teaching positions at institutions like University of Wollongong, University of Exeter, Royal Holloway, and University of New South Wales.

Research Interests focus on transformational processes, the role of history in socio-political formations, and complexity theory, with a particular emphasis on Deleuze and post-Kantian philosophy (Hegel, Marx, Nietzsche, Bergson). Recent work interrogates the concept of progress, co-editing After Progress and organizing the London Conference in Critical Thought.
Scientific Awards include the Best Doctoral Thesis Award (UNSW Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences) and undergraduate awards in history and economic history.
