Craig S. Heryford is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he teaches Entrepreneurship and Business Planning. He is also a practicing attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate finance, and private equity transactions. He serves as co-chair of the Business Services Section and Business Transactions Practice Group at Gordon & Rees. With over two decades of experience, he has led transactions ranging from $10 million to over $2 billion, including landmark venture capital financings.
