Craig Foss

Craig Foss is an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law and serves as Counsel at Brutlag, Trucke & Doherty, P.A. He holds a JD from Hamline University School of Law and a BBA in Banking and Financial Economics from the University of North Dakota. His teaching focuses on Secured Transactions under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, emphasizing creditor rights and debtor protections. Foss’s professional background integrates legal practice with academic instruction, particularly in commercial law and financial regulations.
