Craig Downing is an Associate Dean of Lifelong Learning, Head of the Department of Engineering Management, and Professor at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. His expertise spans industrial-academic partnerships, quality management systems, and operations management. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with industry experience as a process engineer and consultant for organizations such as Lockheed Martin/NASA and Parker Hannifin.
