Courtnee Melton-Fant, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Health Systems Management and Policy at the University of Memphis School of Public Health. Her work focuses on state and local public policy, racial health inequities, and health outcomes. She holds a PhD in Health Outcomes and Policy Research from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, and dual master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Human Movement Science from the University of Memphis.
