Corneliu Lazar

Corneliu Lazar is a Professor at the Department of Automatic Control and Applied Informatics, Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering, Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iasi, Romania. He has served as full professor since 1997 and held significant administrative roles including Dean of the Faculty (2012-2016) and Head of Department (2008-2012).

He teaches bachelor courses (Control systems design, Computer vision) and master courses (Model based predictive control, Automotive control systems), and has delivered invited lectures at University of Gent on predictive control methodologies.
