Research Themes:
Environmental genomics, microbial ecology, biogeochemical cycles, and functional diversity of microorganisms in aquatic systems.
Key Projects:
Studying methane oxidation in Lake Pavin, developing DNA biochips for environmental monitoring, and analyzing microbial communities in volcanic soils and deep lakes.
Awards:
- Highest honors with congratulations from the jury for her doctoral thesis on microsporidian genomics (1997).
Grants & Funding:
- Technological Research Grant (BRT), Auvergne Region (2007).
- Prévoir regional grant (2006).
