Corinne Bigot is a Lecturer in the Department of English (DEMA) at the University of Toulouse Jean Jaurès, affiliated with the Center for Anglophone Studies (CAS). She previously held a lectureship at the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre from 2009 to 2016. Her academic work centers on Commonwealth literature, with a focus on Canadian and Nigerian authors, diaspora studies, and women's life writing.
