Corinna Brown is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Creative Arts Therapy at the School of Art, Pratt Institute. As a dancer, choreographer, performer, dance/movement therapist, arts-based researcher, and educator, she explores the intersection of embodied practices and explicit knowledge, with clinical experience spanning addiction treatment, multiple sclerosis, adult psychiatry, geriatrics, and HIV/AIDS care.

She has also contributed to the ADTA Research Subcommittee.
Research: Her work focuses on translating tacit knowledge in embodied practices into textual forms, emphasizing sensuous epistemologies. This aligns with her clinical background in diverse therapeutic settings and her commitment to arts-based methodologies.
