Professor Coralie English is a leading stroke researcher and academic at the University of Newcastle, serving as Deputy Head of School (Research) in the School of Health Sciences. Her work centers on improving stroke outcomes through multidisciplinary collaboration and lived experience integration. She co-led the world's first Living Clinical Guidelines for Stroke, which dynamically update to reflect emerging evidence, reducing mortality and costs in stroke care. Her research focuses on physical activity, diet, and fatigue management post-stroke, prioritizing patient-driven solutions.
