Constanze Coelsch-Foisner is a Researcher affiliated with the Chair of Entrepreneurship at ETH Zurich. Originally from Austria, she holds a Master's degree in Business Management and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen (2020). Prior to joining ETH in 2020, she worked in the corporate real estate sector. Her research focuses on entrepreneurial strategy adaptation, venture studio dynamics, and innovation management. She has served as a teaching assistant for 'Discovering Management' and as a Thesis Coordinator (2022/23). Her recent work explores venture builders as new ecosystem players and organizational cofounders, emphasizing strategic innovation frameworks.
