Connie Taylor

Connie Taylor serves as the Associate Director and Professor of Practice at Clemson University's School of Computing, a role she assumed in 2020 after 30 years in software industry leadership. Her career transition focuses on merging industry experience with academia to mentor the next generation of computer scientists. She emphasizes teaching Software Engineering, Agile practices, APIs, and database systems while fostering skills in communication, teamwork, and decision-making.
