Collin F. Baker

Collin F. Baker is a Senior Researcher at the International Computer Science Institute (ICSI), focusing on Artificial Intelligence. He has served as project manager for the FrameNet project since 2000, collaborating with Charles J. Fillmore (UC Berkeley), and leads the MetaNet project. He earned his PhD in Linguistics from UC Berkeley in 1999.
