Clément Cousin

Clément Cousin is a Lecturer-Researcher at Université Catholique de l'Ouest (UCO) Nantes, affiliated with the Faculty of Law, Economics, Management and Political Science. He holds a Doctorate in Private Law and Criminal Sciences from University of Rennes 1/EHESP (2016). His research focuses on medical law, personal injury compensation, sociology of law, and health data regulation.
