Clemente Minonne

Clemente Minonne is a Lecturer at the Lucerne School of Business (HSLU), specializing in Organizational Psychology and Design. He holds a Dr. oec. from the University of South Australia (2008) and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (2024). His research focuses on digital transformation, socio-technical systems, and the application of immersive technologies like AR/VR in organizational contexts. He is also the founder of Minonne & Associates, a consultancy focusing on human-centered digital transformation.
