Clemens Karl Peterbauer

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Clemens Karl Peterbauer is affiliated with the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU) at the Institute of Food Technology within the Department of Biotechnology and Food Science.
