Clemens Heil

Clemens Heil is a Professor at the Lucerne School of Music (HSLU), where he teaches orchestral conducting since Autumn 2019. He holds a dual background in piano and conducting from Stuttgart and Freiburg universities. His career includes roles as Kapellmeister at the State Theaters of Stuttgart, Hannover, and Mainz, alongside collaborations with renowned ensembles like Ensemble Modern. He has conducted major operas such as 'Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg' and 'Der fliegende Holländer', and led orchestras including the Staatsphilharmonie Rheinland-Pfalz and Württembergische Philharmonie Reutlingen.
