Prof. Dr. jur. Claus Richter is a Professor of Law at the Department of Social and Educational Sciences at Potsdam University of Applied Sciences. His academic focus centers on civil law, family law, child and youth welfare law, and data protection. He serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and has contributed extensively to interdisciplinary research at the intersection of law and social work, particularly in digitalization, debt counseling, and consumer insolvency.
