Claudia Heinzler

Claudia Heinzler is an artistic-technical teacher at the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart since 2001, specializing in glass painting and glass processing. She also serves as Deputy Equal Opportunities Officer for female artistic-scientific staff. Heinzler holds a diploma from Prof. Hermann Pitz at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich after completing her studies there from 1996–2001.

Her research explores light manipulation, glass art, and spatial perception through installations like all the light you see is from the past that blend abstract concepts with architectural integration. Her works often engage with cosmological themes, optical illusions, and ephemeral visual experiences.

Her artistic projects span international exhibitions and permanent installations in churches, hospitals, and public buildings, including collaborations with Villa Arson in France and the University Hospital Tübingen. Heinzler lives and works in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart.
