Dr. Claudia Bull is a Research Fellow in psychiatric epidemiology at the Queensland Centre for Mental Health Research, University of Queensland. Her work utilizes complex data analysis of linked administrative datasets to examine health equity and service utilization patterns in vulnerable populations, with particular focus on intergenerational effects of child maltreatment.
Internationally recognized for pioneering methods in patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) and patient-reported experience measures (PREMs), Dr. Bull serves on South Australia's Generic PROM Selection Subcommittee. Her current research investigates mental health outcomes following childhood adversity through the Childhood Adversity and Lifetime Morbidity study.
With doctoral training in Health Services Research from Griffith University, Dr. Bull collaborates globally with researchers in the Netherlands, Iran, France and Spain to validate emergency department experience measures. Her population health research informs policy development for child protection systems and healthcare performance measurement.
