Claudia Arndt

Claudia Arndt is a Researcher at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR), leading the group Engineered T-cells for personalized cancer therapy within the Department of Radioimmunology. Her work focuses on advancing cell-based immunotherapies, particularly modular, switchable chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell strategies, integrating therapeutic control, radioimmunotherapy, and in vivo imaging for personalized oncology.

Research Highlights include:

• Developing innovative CAR T-cell platforms (e.g., UniCAR) for precise cancer targeting.
• Combining radioimmunotherapy with hematopoietic cell transplantation protocols to enhance treatment efficacy.
