Claude Leroy is a Full Professor at the Department of Physics, Université de Montréal. He is affiliated with the Groupe de Physique des Particules (GPP), a research group focused on fundamental particle physics. His research activities are centered on experimental particle physics, particularly within the ATLAS collaboration at CERN and the PICASSO dark matter detection experiment at the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory (SNO).
He contributes to international collaborations such as TRIUMF (British Columbia) and KEK (Japan). His work addresses fundamental questions about elementary particles and their interactions, aligning with the GPP’s dual focus on experimental and theoretical research.
