Clare Thorpe is a distinguished library leader and research-practitioner currently serving as the Director of Library Services at Southern Cross University. With a career spanning over two decades in academic and state libraries, she has pioneered user-centered innovations and digital library services using evidence-based practice and user experience methodologies since 2001.
