Dr. Clare Cummings is a Lecturer in Politics and Development at the Global Development Institute, University of Manchester. She holds a PhD in Social Science (2023) and MSc degrees from the University of Manchester (2019) and University of Amsterdam (2012). Her research focuses on power relations, institutional change, and transnational influences on environmental justice in the Global South.
