Claire Fitton serves as a Lecturer in Anatomy within the Undergraduate Medical School at the University of Glasgow. She is the Anatomy Lead for the Pre-clinical MBChB programme and academic lead for the Head, Neck and Neurology Block of Year 2. Her institutional affiliation includes the Wolfson Medical School Building (Room 407) where she teaches across multiple programs including the BSc Anatomy and MSc Biomedical Visualisation courses.
Claire holds a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences (anatomy) from Cardiff University, an MSc in Forensic Anthropology, and a PhD (Medicine) from the University of Dundee. Her doctoral research focused on endovascular device development, establishing her foundation in clinical anatomy applications.
